sparkling.sg is operated by PFE Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

Orders and support

When you place an order or contact us, we may process information such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, payment status, and message. We use it to operate the cart and checkout, fulfil and support your order, communicate with you, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Payment providers process payment details under their own privacy terms; we do not store complete card details on this website.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, navigation, product interest, and engagement. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<property-id> to distinguish pseudonymous visitors and sessions. It may process page and interaction data, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location, and a pseudonymous client identifier.

We do not intentionally send checkout form contents, names, email addresses, delivery addresses, payment details, or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics. Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics property settings. Google processes Analytics data as our service provider; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can delete or block Analytics cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Service providers, security, and retention

Hosting, payment, email, delivery, analytics, and other providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services. Ordinary server logs may contain technical request data for delivery, security, and diagnosis. We do not sell personal data. We retain information only while reasonably needed for order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, legal obligations, disputes, security, and recovery.
